It took me some time to figure out where it was.
If you see a cafe named "Factory 99" on the 1ST floor of the building, you are at the right place!You can either choose to use the stair of the elevator.
Stair: I used the stair, I found it acceptable.
If you want to use the elevator, do not walk inside the building. Walk straight into the little street (right side) next to entrance. You will see an ancient elevator.

1) Black Truffle & Mushroom PizzaI will definitely recommend this to Black Truffle Lover!
It smelled AMAZING🤤 Yet cheese and mushroom flavours were overpowered by the black truffle.
2) Risotto W/ Beef in Onion Cream Sauce
Onion Cream Sauce tasted like normal cream sauce.
The beef wasn't tender enough.
3)Purple Sweet Potato Latte -20 hkd W/ lunch set
Pretty to watch and tasty to drink
