If you see a cafe named "Factory 99" on the 1ST floor of the building, you are at the right place! You can either choose to use the stair of the  elevator. Stair: I used the stair, I found it acceptable. If you want to use the  elevator, do not walk inside the building. Walk straight into the little street (right side) next to  entrance. You will see an ancient elevator. I ordered these two flavours 1) Oreo Chocolate Coffee Mochi 2) Matcha Lava Went there on Friday afternoon and there was no line in front of the store Lucky me Look at those generous fillings! Don't you want a bite of these hot and fluffy wheel pies?   The combination of crunchy Oreo, coffee(not too strong in flavour), chocolate and soft chewy mochi was surprisingly tasty!
