If you see a cafe named "Factory 99" on the 1ST floor of the building, you are at the right place! You can either choose to use the stair of the  elevator. Stair: I used the stair, I found it acceptable. If you want to use the  elevator, do not walk inside the building. Walk straight into the little street (right side) next to  entrance. You will see an ancient elevator.
